Frank Brawner, Vice President
Brawner was elected in 2004 to represent Subdivision #1, south Tillamook
County. He began his career in the banking industry in 1955,
and has always been involved in the communities where he's
lived. Frank and wife, Joane, reside in Neskowin and are the
parents of four children and grandparents to
eleven. |

Harry Hewitt, Director
Hewitt began his first term in 1997, representing Subdivision #3.
He has retired from teaching government and economics at Tillamook
High School, and was the first teacher intern at Tillamook PUD in
the summer of 1996. Hewitt and his wife Tanna have resided in
Tillamook for more than 25 years. |

Edwin L. Jenkins,
Treasurer
Jenkins began serving on the board after his appointment in 1989.
He was elected in 1990, 1994, 1998 and 2002 to represent Subdivision #2.
He and his wife owned a dairy farm for more than 20 years, which
they sold in 1998. Jenkins is co-owner of Elite Car Wash in Tillamook. |

Ken Phillips,
Secretary
Phillips was elected in 2002 to represent Subdivision #4.
After 31 years in the shoe business, Phillips closed The Bootery in the fall of 2006. He is co-owner of Elite Car Wash in Tillamook and active in the Tillamook Downtown Association. Phillips and wife, Becki, have lived in Tillamook for 31 years. |

Barbara Trout,
President
Trout was elected to represent Subdivision #5, north Tillamook
County, in 1997.
A well-known radio news director at KTIL radio, Trout is the second
member of her family to serve on the Tillamook PUD board. Her
father Millard Trout preceded her. Trout resides in Twin Rocks.
