Board Meeting Highlights
The Board:
- Approved minutes from the March 20 special meeting and regular board meeting.
- Approved March 2007 accounts payable totaling $2,540,999.
- Approved $4,198.05 in write-off accounts.
- Accepted the 2006 audit results.
- Adopted Policy Bulletin 2-8 “Rate Schedules,” to add green power to the rate schedule.
- Approved a $10,914 energy conservation loan.
- Sitting as the Local Contract Review Board, adopted Resolution 07-04-01, declaring an exemption from the competitive bidding process for the purchase of NISC software
