- Approved October 2008 accounts payable totaling $2,942,410.
- Approved $2,491 in write-off accounts.
- Approved the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement with Principle Power, Inc.
- Approved Resolution 08-10-06 authorizing the president of the board to sign the Load Following Power Sales Agreement 09PB-13113.
