Board Meeting Highlights
The Board:
- Approved minutes from the May 12, 2009 workshop and regular board meeting.
- Approved May 2009 accounts payable totaling $2,104,769.
- Approved $3,737 in write-off accounts.
- Approved Personnel Policy No. 120 “Total Compensation and Salary Program Administration.”
- Adopted Special Districts’ retro plan for the PUD’s workers compensation coverage.
- Ratified the signing of the IBEW union contract.
- Rejected the 2009 pole inspection and treatment contract solicitation process, pursuant to OAR 137-047-650(2)(e) and OAR 137-047-0660.
