The Board:
- Approved minutes from the February 13, 2007 regular board meeting, February 28, 2007 special meeting and March 13, 2007 special teleconference meeting.
- Approved February 2007 accounts payable totaling $2,817,606.
- Approved $1,776.10 in write-off accounts.
- Awarded $33,082 in community grants to 11 non-profit organizations.
- Adopted amendments to Personnel Policy 120 “Salary Program Administration.”
- Appointed Frank Brawner as the District’s voting delegate for the 2007 Northwest Public Power Association annual meeting.
