Board Meeting Highlights

The Board:

  • Approved minutes from the April 17, 2007 audit workshop and regular board meeting.
  • Approved April 2007 accounts payable totaling $2,509,801.
  • Approved $2,157.89 in write-off accounts.
  • Declared two 1992 Chevrolet extended cab pickups as surplus.
  • Adopted Policy Bulletin 1-13 “Setting of Administrative Rules for Procurement of Architectural, Engineering and Land Surveying and Related Services.”
  • Adopted Ordinance 2-07 establishing a green renewable power rate schedule.
  • Appointed Ken Phillips as the District’s representative on the Oregon PUD Association’s Budget Committee.
  • Approved $15,000 to be deposited into the Tillamook Intergovernmental Development Entity (TIDE) account.
