Board Meeting Highlights
The Board:
- Approved minutes from the September 16, 2008 regular meeting and September 29, 2008 pre-budget workshop.
- Approved September 2008 accounts payable totaling $2,310,495.
- Approved $4,929 in write-off accounts.
- Approved a non-binding letter of intent from Northwest Requirements Utilities, LLC, for the acquisition of potential power supply.
- Approved a 10% discount, effective with meter reads beginning November 1 2008 through April 30, 2008 for all classes of customers.
- Approved Resolution 08-10-05 requesting a guaranteed federal financing bank loan to replace the municipal capped rate loan, as recommend by the Rural Utilities Service.
