- Approved amendments to Personnel Policies No. 120 Total Compensation and Salary Program Administration; No. 130 Performance Planning and Evaluation; No. 210 Hours or Work and Paydays; and No. 413 Smoking in the Workplace.
- Approved September 2010 accounts payable totaling $2,416,090.
- Approved $6,500 in write-off accounts.
