Commercial Heat Pump Program
Heat pumps are one of the most efficient ways to control the climate in your commercial building. Tillamook PUD offers commercial customers a rebate when installing a qualifying heat pump in a commercial building with less than 3,500 square feet of heated space.
Tillamook PUD requires pre-approval from an Energy Services Representative on all DHP installations in Commercial applications and will also inspect the heat pump after installation.

Ductless Heat Pump Rebates for Small Commercial Buildings
Rebate Amount – $1,000 per Ton Outdoor Unit of Cooling Capacity
Qualifications
- Inverter driven – Variable Speed Fan
- The DHP must have an AHRI certificate of product rating
- Must have either electric zonal or forced-air furnace as primary heat source
Ductless Heat Pump Upgrade Rebates for Small Commercial Buildings
Rebate Amount – $300 Ton Outdoor Unit of Cooling Capacity
Qualifications
- Inverter driven – Variable Speed Fan
- 10.4 HSPF2 or 11.0 HSPF, Single or Multi Head
- Upgrade from an existing DHP unit

The rebate program is a limited time offer, based on availability of funds and is subject to change without notice.
LOAN OPTIONS
In addition to rebates, customers may borrow funds at 5% interest for up to five years, on approved credit. Any rebate amount will be deducted from the loan amount requested. The customer will receive bids for recommended work from approved contractors, submit a loan application and supporting materials, and receive PUD authorization to proceed. PUD will inspect the heat pump after installation.
