Tillamook PUD is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction while also seeking ways to increase connections with our customers. To ensure we are making improvements in these areas, we are asking Tillamook PUD customers to participate in a very important customer satisfaction survey.
We have contracted with Acti-Dyne Survey Research to conduct the survey on our behalf. Their staff will perform a telephone survey expected to take about 15 minutes.
Customers will be selected at random from our residential customer base and will be asked a variety of questions about service satisfaction, their opinions and preferences.
The surveyor will never ask for personal information such as a driver’s license or Social Security number. Nor will surveyors ask for payment information or bank account information.
If you receive a call, please consider participating in the survey. It will provide valuable feedback for us and will be used to improve processes that will benefit our customer-owners.
When complete, the survey results will be compiled into a report and be available on our website or at our office.
