Tillamook PUD is Your Energy Advantage, and we are committed to energy efficiency and saving you money. The PUD offers residential and commercial customers who use electric heat a variety of weatherization programs. Tillamook PUD will perform a free energy audit to determine eligible measures. After the audit, the customer will receive an energy analysis. The PUD offers rebates and five-year, five-percent interest loans, on approved credit. The following programs are available.
Rebates for ceiling, floor, exterior wall and duct insulation measures, as well as for Energy Star® replacement windows and/or sliding doors
Rebates for residential customers to have their duct systems tested and sealed by a PTCS certified duct sealing contractor
Rebates for residential customers to install an energy efficient heat pump
Rebates for qualifying energy efficient water heaters (rebates credited to homeowner's PUD account)
Rebates for qualifying Energy Star® appliances (rebates credited to homeowner's PUD account)
Tillamook PUD partners with Roby's Furniture and Appliance, Homelife Furniture and All Star Appliance to provide one-year unsecured loans for Energy Star® appliances (up to $2000 on approved credit)
Tillamook PUD partners with DeLaval, Inc., Clark's Plumbing, Zuercher Plumbing and Burckard Plumbing to provide one-year unsecured loans for Marathon water heaters (up to $2000 on approved credit)
Rebates for energy efficient retrofit lighting in existing commercial buildings
Rebates for energy efficient retrofit lighting, and other energy efficiency measures that reduce power consumption
Tillamook PUD evaluates the energy savings of proposed projects and helps customers identify projects through an energy review. Rebates are available for energy efficient retrofit lighting.
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems are available for purchase.
