Here's how the program works:
- The lighting program only qualifies for existing buildings and lighting fixtures (no new construction).
- To qualify for a rebate, an audit must be done prior to any new fixtures being installed.
- The lighting analysis includes existing and proposed lighting equipment, estimated energy savings and rebates.
- We will notify you of project approval, which will include a lighting project description identifying the number of new fixtures approved for each area.
- The ORION 3-lamp AG9000 fixture with F032T8/850/ ECO lamps are the only pre-approved fixtures.
- You are responsible for all permits and inspections required by state and local code and for disposal and recycling of the old fixtures, lamps and ballasts in accordance with all environmental laws.
- When installation is complete, call Tillamook PUD for an inspection.
- Tillamook PUD verifies installation and program compliance. This does not replace compliance with State and Local Codes.
- Upon approved project completion, a check is issued to you in the amount of the rebate and/or loan.
