TILLAMOOK PUD HOME ENERGY ADVANTAGE® PERFORMANCE DUCT TESTING & SEALING
Leaky ducts can make your home uncomfortable, unhealthy and increase your heating bills. Studies have found that up to 50% of homes tested can have significant duct leakage. If you heat your home with an electric furnace or heat pump, increase your comfort and save energy by enlisting the help of a PTCS-certified duct sealing contractor.
Tillamook PUD offers single family residential customers the following rebates:

| Manufactured Home Rebate | $500 |
The State of Oregon offers a 25% tax credit for duct testing and sealing. The maximum tax credit is $250.
In addition to the rebates, qualifying customers may borrow funds at 5% interest for up to five years. Any rebate amount will be deducted from the loan amount requested. The customer will submit a loan application and supporting materials, receive bids for recommended work from approved contractors and receive authorization from the PUD to proceed. To qualify for a rebate or loan under this program, an audit must be done PRIOR to any work being completed. The PUD will inspect the measures after installation.
