Low Income Weatherization

Tillamook  PUD and Community Action Team (CAT) work together to offer a Low-Income Weatherization Program for qualified Tillamook PUD customers.

Weatherization measures must be installed in a residence located in Tillamook PUD's service area, and all homes weatherized must be heated electrically. 

CAT identifies qualified projects and secures contractors.

The Low-Income Weatherization Program is based on availability of funds and is subject to change without notice.
