Residential Weatherization Program

Tillamook PUD offers residential customers who use electric heat a weatherization program with rebates and/or loans for Energy Star® replacement windows and/or sliding doors, and ceiling, floor, exterior wall and duct insulation measures.

Tillamook PUD will perform a free energy audit on the residence to determine eligible measures for the home. After the audit, the customer will receive an energy analysis.

Tillamook PUD offers rebates and five-year, five-percent interest loans, on approved credit.
