Tillamook PUD offers residential customers who use electric heat a weatherization program with rebates and/or loans for Energy Star® replacement windows and/or sliding doors, and ceiling, floor, exterior wall and duct insulation measures.

Tillamook PUD will perform a free energy audit on the residence to determine eligible measures for the home. After the audit, the customer will receive an energy analysis. Tillamook PUD offers rebates and five-year, five-percent interest loans, on approved credit. The following rebate programs are available.

Home Advantage® Program: Rebates for ceiling, floor, exterior wall and duct insulation measures, as well as for Energy Star® replacement windows and/or sliding doors

Performance Duct Testing & Sealing Program: Rebates for residential customers to have their duct systems tested and sealed by a PTCS certified duct sealing contractor

Heat Pump Advantage® Program: Rebates for residential customers to install an energy efficient heat pump

Residential Water Heater Rebate Program: Rebates for qualifying energy efficient water heaters (rebates credited to homeowner's PUD account)

Energy Star® Appliance Rebate Program: Rebates for qualifying Energy Star® appliances (rebates credited to homeowner's PUD account)

Energy Star® Appliance Financing Program: Tillamook PUD partners with Roby's Harbor Bay Furniture and Appliance to provide one-year unsecured loans for Energy Star® appliances (up to $2000 on approved credit)

Marathon Water Heater Financing Program: Tillamook PUD partners with DeLaval, Inc. to provide one-year unsecured loans for Marathon water heaters (up to $2000 on approved credit)

Commercial Lighting Advantage® Program: Rebates for energy efficient retrofit lighting in existing commercial buildings

Institutional Energy Advantage® Program (Schools and other Public Agencies): Rebates for energy efficient retrofit lighting, and other energy efficiency measures that reduce power consumption

Industrial Energy Advantage® Program: Tillamook PUD evaluates the energy savings of proposed projects and helps customers identify projects through an energy review. Rebates are available for energy efficient retrofit lighting.

Power Quality Products: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, as well as surge suppressors, are available for purchase.
