NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL SUBSTATION POWER TRANSFORMERS
Sealed, written Proposals addressed to Tillamook People’s Utility District and marked “Substation Power Transformers PT17-001” must be received by Wayne Greeson, Material/Purchasing Supervisor, at the office of Tillamook PUD, 1115 Pacific Avenue, Tillamook, Oregon 97141, no later than 11:00AM Pacific Prevailing Time, Thursday July 27, 2017 (“Closing”). Sealed proposals will be opened by the OWNERs Purchasing representative and read aloud during a public proposal opening in the Carl Rawe Meeting room, located in the North wing of the District’s office, at 11:00AM. After opening, the names of vendors submitting proposals will be posted to the website for public viewing. A Contract for work will be awarded or proposals may be rejected, separately or entirely, within thirty (30) days after opening. Proposals submitted by facsimile or other electronic means will not be accepted or opened.
Requests for Proposal documents may be obtained by accessing the Tillamook PUD’s website at, http://www.tpud.org/service-billing/rfprfq/ and completing the contact information form and download the documents. Solicitation documents can also be picked up at our office at 1115 Pacific Ave. Tillamook, OR 97141. Proposals must be submitted on the prescribed forms included in the solicitation documents.
The Board reserves the right to reject for good cause any or all Proposals.
