Cause: Underground equipment failure.

9:23 a.m.: The TPUD crew is continuing to make repairs on underground equipment. The restoration time for this work has been updated to 4 p.m.

4:00 a.m.: Customers that were previously restored are currently without power due to system repair issues. A crew is working to make repairs on underground electric facilities.

3:00 a.m. : A crew is continuing work to troubleshoot cause and make repairs. Crews have isolated area, some customers have been restored.

10:04 p.m.: A serviceman is responding.
