8:50 a.m.: A crew is removing tree debris and making repairs. To complete repairs the crew must de-energize another section of line. As such additional customers in the Cape Meares area will be without power momentarily while repairs are being completed.

8:30 a.m.: A serviceman is responding to determine cause and restore power.
