Location: From the City of Tillamook- Hwy 101 N to south of Bay City. Areas include HWY 101 N, Boquist RD, Old Latimer RD, Kilchis River RD, Pike RD, Doughty RD, Alderbrook RD, and Idaville.

Time Out: 10:51 p.m. (Tuesday, September 3, 2024)

Estimated Restoration: 2 a.m.

Cause: Equipment issue, wire down.
