Public Meeting Room
The Carl Rawe Meeting Room is available at no charge to non-profit, non-political, non-religious organizations and public entities on a first-come, first-served basis. Capacity is 60 people.
Guidelines
- One meeting per month; exceptions may be granted with PUD approval
- PUD has first priority for room use
- A coffee maker is available. Group must provide coffee, cups and condiments
- Use EAST DOOR to enter and exit meeting room (back of the building, off 11th Street) Do not use front door (main office)
- Restrooms are across the hall from the meeting room; a water fountain is in the hallway
Housekeeping
- Prior approval required to serve food/beverages
- Clean up spills and garbage; return tables and chairs to original position
- If coffee maker is used, empty and clean it
- No smoking or alcoholic beverages
- No nails, thumb tacks or tape on walls or doors
- Lunch/break room is for PUD employee use only
- Future use may be refused for disregard of rules and/or damage to room
- Lock outside door when leaving the building
- $10 replacement fee for lost key
- Park on 11th Street or in graveled parking lot off 11th Street
Evening Meeting
- Pick up key at PUD office prior to 5 pm Monday through Friday, except holidays
- Return key in night deposit box in drive-through (north side of building)
Audio Visual Equipment
- Room has projection equipment/screen, DVD player and two white boards; directions are posted in meeting room
- Wireless internet access available with prior notification for password information; contact front office during normal working hours
