• For mobile and tablet users, login to your account via the SmartHub app. Once there, select the “Service Status” icon and then select the “Report My Power is Out” option.

• Reporting through the Tillamook PUD webpage, click on the SmartHub icon and login to your SmartHub account. Choose the icon for “Report An Outage” and follow the prompts.

Tillamook PUD offers a communication tool that allows us to send important outage information directly to customers. With the Nixle Community Information Service, the PUD is able to send messages to subscribed customers instantly via cell phone text message and/or email. Notifications can also be accessed online at Nixle’s website, www.nixle.com. The service is secure, reliable and easy to use.
