A soft credit check will be performed to confirm the identity of the new customer and determine if a deposit is necessary for the new account. The credit check will not impact your credit score.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deposits<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A deposit may be required to start your account.\u00a0 For residential customers, the deposit is $250. The commercial customer deposit will be equal to two (2) months\u2019 annualized average billing (when necessary, two (2) months\u2019 estimated annualized average billing may be used.)\n<ul>\n<li>In lieu of a deposit, for residential accounts only, a customer with a current account and satisfactory credit may co-sign for the new service and guarantee payment.<\/li>\n<li>Security deposits may be refunded to the customer, with no interest paid, at termination of service or after twelve (12) consecutive months of service with no more than two (2) delinquent events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Start, Stop or Transfer Your Electric Service Welcome to Tillamook People\u2019s Utility District.
