Call Tillamook PUD’s 24-hour operations center at (503) 842–2122 or (800) 842–2122 to report the location and circumstances of an outage. During large outages the line may be busy due to the high volume of callers.
Report an outage online using Tillamook PUD’s SmartHub application by logging on to your SmartHub account using your mobile device or personal computer.
For mobile and tablet users, login to your account via the SmartHub app. Once there, select the “Service Status” icon and then select the “Report My Power Is Out” option.
When reporting through the Tillamook PUD webpage, login to your SmartHub account and choose the icon for “Report An Outage” and follow the prompts.
