Residential Weatherization Program
Your Energy Advantage® Residential Weatherization Program
Tillamook PUD offers residential customers who use electric heat, a weatherization program with rebates and/or loans for:
- The replacement of windows and/or sliding doors with ENERGY STAR® rated products.
- Ceiling, floor and exterior wall insulation measures.
